How long does the application process take?
The process of filling out the application takes about 15-30 minutes depending on how much information you have on hand. We need previous addresses and landlord information, current employment information, and credit references.
When you turn your application in, it usually takes 1-2 business days to process, depending on the extra information that may be needed. Be prepared to show paystubs, bank statements, letters of employment, and/or previous landlord references to help speed up the process. If you are applying with another adult, be aware that all applications need to be turned in to process them.
