How do I report issues?

You can call the office, text the tenant texting #, or send us an email. We do our best to address all concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. 

If you have a maintenance issue, we will ask if you are okay with our maintenance staff going into your unit when you're not home. Please indicate if you would prefer to be there and what times will work for you so we can schedule with the maintenance staff. 

If you have a complaint/issue concerning a neighbor, we will keep you anonymous when addressing the issue with the other tenant. 

If there is an EMERGENCY or unsafe situation, we encourage you to report it to the police so there is record of an issue happening. If there is a noise complaint/disturbing the peace, we also encourage you to report to the police so the issue can be addressed as it is happening, especially if it is going on after-hours.
