Sure! We are happy to show the buildings and units to give you first-hand experience of what you'll be renting. However, to protect our curent tenants' privacy, we only show units that are currently unocupied. If you plan to rent a unit that is under a current lease, we are happy to show you pictures and units with a similar layout (based on availability). 

To schedule a tour, call the office at 218-755-9500. We have openings for tours between 8 and 5 on weekdays, and our front desk will be able to set up a time.

If you are scheduled for a tour and have not yet applied, please be prepared for pre-application screening questions. We would like to get a feel for you and your situation to be sure we have what you're looking for and if we'd be a good fit.
