This depends on your situation. If you have not signed the lease yet, you are free to request to change the term from 12 months to another term. We do not lease shorter than 6 months, and month-to-month leases are usually only approved if you've already rented with us for a year. Any short-term leases are subject to an aditional monthly fee. 

If you have already signed a lease and are within the originally signed lease term, we will NOT be able to change the term for you. You will be required to fulfill the term of the contract or find a replacement tenant to take over the lease. This new tenant will need to be approved by us.
