How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?
Tenants should be prepared to pay the deposit (same as one month’s rent) and first month’s rent. Depending on your application, we may ask for a double deposit. This is usually asked for when one or more application requirements are not met, and we are still willing to go forward with your application.
